I am working with a patient that has a graft from her latisimus with a flap repair on her ankle. Any treatment ideas to help control the swelling but are not harmful to the new skin graft? The tissue seems very delicate.

i think you can try to use pressure dressing to control the swelling and later use pressure garments to control keloid formation... this treatment will not harm the graft just like whirlpool or friction massage... hope this helps..
