Whiplash is a difficult issue to work with. The one issue that I have with the study is that the timeframe is so long. I rarely have the ability to see a patient into the 26th week after an car accident. I would suggest that there are many clients who could benefit from early gentle motion, much like a mild MCL strain rather than a month of immobility.
