Hi I am a PT in private practice and I know this subject may have been done to death but I am about to invest in an ultrasound combination unit the Metron Accusonic stim which is a 1 Mhz capability ultrasound with laser probe option and Tens. I have been told that this is an all round reasonable unit for the dollars but also it may be worth spending more on a Chatanooga equivalent?? I would be appreciative if anyone has had experience with this unit and treatment capabilities of same and whether it is a good buy. Also interested in what you all think of Ultrasound in general, thanks H
