Opening for Full or Part Time Physical Therapist for our home health or clinic setting. If interested, please contact Doug White at 832-448-4239 or dwhite@certified.com for more details. We recognize the value of continuing education and the result it offers our clients from our therapists. Therefore, we provide extensive in-house training for our therapists and provide money for external continuing education courses. We also provide a variety of opportunities to learn about pediatrics through our internship and mentoring programs. Our internship program is design for new graduates or therapists without pediatric experience who want to enter the practice area of pediatrics. The internship program is discipline specific for OT, PT, and ST and covers the clinical practice areas designated for each discipline. The mentor program is for individuals who have limited experience with pediatrics or need education in a specific treatment approach. We offer different Categories of Employment to provide flexibility to our employees. The Categories of Employment we currently offer are Full-Time Hourly, Per Diem (Per Visit), and Part-Time Hourly. You may choose from our Home Health, Therapy To Grow On Clinic, or a combination of both. This provides various opportunities to learn and gain expertise. Some of the benefits offered may include: • Medical and Dental Insurance • Paid Time Off (Up to 26 days a year) • Mileage Reimbursement • Cell Phone • 401 K To recognize one of our greatest assets, our employees, we have the Service Star and Caring Card programs. The Service Star program highlights therapists for helping out or going the extra mile to do something great for their fellow employees. Co-workers nominate worthy employees, and they are given a certificate to document the nomination. Caring Cards are letters or notes written by parents and given to clinicians thanking them for their services. A Caring Card can recognize a clinician for helping a child achieve goals, going above and beyond for a child, or demonstrating a positive attitude. -------------------- All opportunities are Direct Hire, Permanent Placement positions. My job is just to introduce you. Call me today, and you can interview at the facility, rehab, or clinic tomorrow.
