I am trying to find an excersise that will strengthen my wrist rotation. I apparently had injured this while doing arm curls. Now my wrist and forearm are painful when I rotate my my left wrist CCW.

Strengthening wrist is perhaps not a good idea?
If a movement is painful then your body is saying something to you! :wink:
Many wrist problems may be resolsved by this simple passive movement.
