Requirements:
Education: Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
Associates in accredited PTA program
Minimum one (1) year experience as a PT or PTA
Current licensure/PTA diploma
Compliance with Supplemental Health Care's pre-employment and medical requirements.
