Please posted details below: • The Position • Manager - Inpatient/Outpatient Physical Therapist Healthcare / Health Services - Therapy / Rehab Services Medical / Health - Other Medical / Health Full-time Sparta, North Carolina • The Compensation -Salary ranges from 55k-82k • Benefits - Full Commission Compensation - No Bonus Eligible - No Overtime Eligible - No Relocation Assistance Available - Yes Interview Travel Reimbursed - Yes • <> • The Ideal Candidate • 7+ to 15 years of experience Management Experience Required – no Minimum Education - Master's Degree Willingness to Travel - Never • <> Detailed The in/Outpatient Therapy Manager is responsible for the management of the Hospital Therapy Services operation. Smaller facility, looking to grow and develop the facility while reaching out to local Educational Facility to promote the facility. The responsibilities include directing all ancillary therapy activities, supervising department personnel, leading the development of interdisciplinary, evidence-based rehabilitation programs. In addition, this position, assures adherence to all regulatory standards including Joint Commission standards, assuring an integrated approach to reimbursement. Supervises staff and promotes staff development in their designated service areas. Plans and implements programs and procedures to maximize patient care outcomes and department efficiency. Effectively communicates on multiple levels. Monitors quality, efficiency and effectiveness of therapy programs and makes recommendations for improvements. Sets budget goals and effectively manages assigned dollars. Assures continuous quality improvement and staff satisfaction. May assist in the management of the Department in the absence of the Director. Position directly supervises Physical Therapists. Collaborate with local Educational Facility by mentoring PTA - specialty pediatrics. <> 40 Hours per Week Skills and Certifications (bold if required) NC State license (PT) <> Description of the Ideal Candidate Graduate Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited training program. <br> License: North Carolina State License, and appropriate certification to practice in the state of North Carolina. <br> Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience in a therapy discipline. <br> Knowledge: Advanced clinical skills in area of expertise. Knowledge of department management including budgeting, resource allocation and planning. Knowledge of reimbursement challenges in In/Outpatient Therapy Services.
