PT Practice in the Caribbean Islands, US PT searching for information

I am a US trained, licensed physical therapist with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy and I am searching for information about the practice of physical therapy in the Caribbean Islands, specifically the island of Sint Maarten/St. Martin. Does anyone know about the licensure requirements? Or about difficulty of a foreign PT obtaining a work permit? Or about the settings/work opportunities that a PT such as myself may have there? Any and all information and resources would be VERY appreciated.

i see you posted this about 8 months ago. I was looking into the same exact thing - how can a US PT get a job in St Martin - what does it take, what is the pay, etc. Please let me know if you found anything out.
