We don't get many MVA's in our clinic, so this is the first patellar fracture/posterior hip dislocation patient I've worked with. I'm not having much luck finding information about progressing hip flexion, adduction, internal rotation for such a patient. Wondered what experiences people have had with getting people back to full mobility.
