We're PT couple here in South New Jersey who has some rooms for rent. Rent will include ALL utilities as well as cable, internet, and laundry privileges. Great location, close to shopping and entertainment, 5 mins drive to PATCO stations and I-295, 20 mins drive to Philadelphia. $600/mo ($750 if couple), lease is month to month, no contract needed.
